Solipsism is a strangely compelling idea. All one can be certain of is that they have experiences; it is an easy road to follow to the conclusion that only one's consciousness exists—all others are some strange figment. Quantum physics adds even stranger kinks into the fabric, complicating the issue with uncollapsed wavefunctions without observation.
